VS (Very Special), the youngest Armagnac in the blend, is classified as Compte 1, meaning it is aged for at least one year – or in this case, about three years on average.
Light amber colour with a hint of copper. Delicate nose. Aromas of apple, apricot, caramel, vanilla, pastries and banane flambée. A very smooth texture coats the mouth. Full-bodied, fresh and fruity with a slight hint of black pepper.
